2012 Limited Edition Poster

"The 55^th anniversary commemorative poster for the Contraband Days, Louisiana Pirate Festival, was produced by local artist Candice Alexander.

Alexander incorporated the new logo for the festival, designed by Oran and Michelle Parker of Parker Brand Creative, into the piece along with other historical and iconic elements from the Lake Charles Area. The original work is a mixed media creation, with a map inspired by the 1985 film "The Goonies."

Beginning the first week in April, the poster will be available for purchase at the office Contraband Days office, located at the Lake Charles Civic Center. The purchase price is $39."
