Water Events

We have some great water based events at this year's Contraband Days Festival.

Saturday, 30th, Sunday, May 1st

Friday, May 6th & Saturday, May 7th.

Test your skills at flyboarding. Jet propulsion lifts you 45ft in the air across the lake. Demonstrations from professionals will be held.

Strut Your Stuff

Saturday, April 30, 2016 @ 2PM

Enjoy this spectacular exhibition of speed and adrenaline as boaters come by the seawall at full speed (or whatever they are comfortable with) one at a time, playing loud music, showing off rooster tails and whatever gets the crowd into the spirit.  The ones that can throw a tail would really wow the crowd.

Pirogue Race

Teams of people build, decorate and then race their handy work around the lake to claim the top bragging rights and first place. The build starts early in the morning and we encourage you all to come out and see them work.

Show Me Your Dinghy
